Kate goes to Sawyer for help with getting Miles a minute alone with Ben.
When Miles meets up with Ben, he blackmails Ben for $3.2 million! In exchange, Miles agreed to tell his employers that Ben is dead.
After Locke catches Kate and Miles with Ben, he questions Kate about what the two had discussed and then tells her she isn’t welcome there anymore.
In Kate’s flash forwards, she stands trial for the murder of her stepfather. Jack testifies on her behalf and reveals that there were 8 who survived the crash, but only 6 lived.
Kate is offered a deal to not serve any jail time, but she must stay in California for 10 years - a deal she happily agrees to!
When Kate returns home, she goes to see her “son,” who turns out to be Aaron!
Back on the island, Jack learns that Sayid, Desmond and Frank didn’t make it to the freighter.
